Procedure
Should you find our offer interesting, the procedure will be as follows:
1. You are welcome to contact us to arrange an individual viewing and consultation appointment – we are, of course, also available in the evenings or at weekends.
2. We will discuss the draft purchase agreement, the building specifications and the shared ownership deed (Teilungserklärung) with you in person.
3. You will receive from us the complete, binding documents needed for the settlement and financing of the property purchase.
4. Should you wish, we will be glad to advise you with regard to the financing and will provide you with an example of the financing that is geared to your individual financial means.
5. Once the details of the financing have been completed, the notarised purchase agreement is concluded and duly executed.
6. We will be glad to fulfil any special wishes you might have, over and above our building specifications, provided they are technically feasible and can be fitted into the construction schedule. For this purpose, once the purchase agreement has been concluded, our general contractor will have a contact person (architect/ civil engineer) who will discuss your special requests with you concerning their feasibility and the costs involved.
We will assume the costs per hour incurred with the general contractor for advisory services, preparing the offer and providing samples up to a total of 10 hours. You may, of course, call on the contact partner’s services over and above these 10 hours, in which case you will be charged EUR 60.-- plus VAT per additional hour, whether or not a special request is actually fulfilled.
